Careful! I had to charge my car in a unfamiliar area. I had to buy 25 dollars credit, then the charger didn't even work. No explanation given. So now I'm out $25. Stick to more reliable charging networks.
Won't let me add a CC when I want and won't work when I need it. No one answered the phone. All in all a complete joke and insult to EV owners
Really needs app development. The app does what it needs to, but really doesn't do a good job with price transparency. For example every fast charger in Minnesota charges $3.00 just to begin charging. It isn't well documented anywhere except on plugshare. I really wish they could build up their app to compete with Chargepoint. They have great fast charger coverage in Minnesota. If you're in the metro, you will never run into range anxiety unless you are clueless.
dont even tryit
It's been days since the map function has not worked. They are apparently aware of the issue yet it takes them this long to figure out how to resolve it?? Clearly it seems not to be a priority. Also what's with the lousy update schedule of the app? It only updates charge status every five minutes? Really????
Charging has been way easier since I got a Greenlots RFID card. I suggest that everyone should get a card. If the app could only display my SOC and if it updated a little more during a charge session I'd give it 5 stars.
* Demand response events for managing the power supply & charging cost
* Minor improvements and bug fixes.
