Ratings and reviews

Not accurate status. App shows four or five stalls available while in reality they are all occupied. This may have to with having two chargers for some reason for each single parking spot. A huge reason to use the app is to figure out where there are charges available and for that purpose it's fairly useless. Connecting is hit or miss often you have to try to connect twice. Chargers are designated #1 and #2 in app but they're not actually marked number one or number two on: guess.

Works great and very affordable, I had issues in the beginning however, I called the number for assistance and was walked through they process. The issue I had was me using the system for the first time and NOT the system having issues. I highly recommend for those who are slightly challenged in using the charging devices.

It used to be slow, but now it's showing the charges as busy when they're not even in use. The map overlay no longer shows charging stations even though the map itself is pulling info from Google maps that shows the charging station is there. You have to scan the qr code or enter the station ID. But they still show busy after taking forever to load
