Worst experience with Zed driver. I booked a taxi and waited 20 minutes, then the driver marked “Arrived” without showing up. When I called, he said he wasn’t coming and told me to cancel. Later, he picked someone else using my booking. This has happened many times. I advise everyone not to use the Zed app—choose other services for better and reliable rides.

i gave this app many chances, thought their service might improve with time, let's just say it's horrible. i book and get debited for up to 5 rides at times until one works, the drivers just don't care, they will accept your booking and just go on with their day, you will see your rides getting farther, total waste of time and money, not recommended AT ALL! edit: also forgot to mention how buggy the app is, there was a time when i had to delete and reinstall because it would crash randomly.

This is probably my first and last ride with this app. I’m currently in the car and the estimated time has increased from 30 minutes to 46 minutes. Instead of taking the straightforward route, the driver has taken a longer detour that’s adding a lot of unnecessary time to the trip. I just hope I reach the airport on time and don’t miss my flight.
