Worst experience with Zed driver. I booked a taxi and waited 20 minutes, then the driver marked “Arrived” without showing up. When I called, he said he wasn’t coming and told me to cancel. Later, he picked someone else using my booking. This has happened many times. I advise everyone not to use the Zed app—choose other services for better and reliable rides.

1st ride experience. •App-There is no way to send a photo or exact location to the Driver. •Location-Automatically locate the nearest landmark but not your exact location when booking) •Driver's number is not working for call. •Driver's attitude is rude. (Filter your drivers and have training how to handle app's problem) The only good thing about the ride is the vouchers for new Riders.

This is probably my first and last ride with this app. I’m currently in the car and the estimated time has increased from 30 minutes to 46 minutes. Instead of taking the straightforward route, the driver has taken a longer detour that’s adding a lot of unnecessary time to the trip. I just hope I reach the airport on time and don’t miss my flight.
