I booked a scheduled ride for my mom to the airport, but the taxi never showed up. Because of that, she missed her flight as she couldn’t find another taxi in time and arrived at the airport late. I called Zed and they advised me to send an email for compensation, which I did and attached all the proof. However, they never replied, even after three reminders. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend using their services at all.

Worst experience with Zed driver. I booked a taxi and waited 20 minutes, then the driver marked “Arrived” without showing up. When I called, he said he wasn’t coming and told me to cancel. Later, he picked someone else using my booking. This has happened many times. I advise everyone not to use the Zed app—choose other services for better and reliable rides.

this app is a scam, fares start from 33aed instead of the standard. then when you reach out to customer service all they can do is tell you that they can't do anything about it but they will give you 20% off next ride. just incredible
