I’m really impressed with the Zed app and the excellent service they provide. The app is very easy to use, convenient, and makes the overall payment experience simple and hassle-free. The online payment process is smooth and quick, which makes it very convenient for customers to complete payments directly through the app. One of the best features is the 15% cashback offer, which provides great value and makes using Zed even more rewarding. The cashback is a fantastic benefit.

The fare shown in the app before I confirmed the ride was AED 10, but after completing the ride, I was charged AED 26. I understand that additional charges may apply, but the extra AED 16 was not clearly shown at the time of booking. I have already contacted customer care three times, but my concern has still not been properly understood or resolved. My issue is specifically the difference between the AED 10 fare shown before booking and the AED 26 charged after the ride. Please review my trip,
