Decent app, but one of the worst experiences with support I've had in a long time. Reported some issue with a driver not ending a ride, had no actions done from Zed side - escalated to RTA and ended up getting blocked from using their application. I cannot sign up / sign in with ANY number of my device. Was an avid user hailing at least two rides a day, so I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I booked a scheduled ride for my mom to the airport, but the taxi never showed up. Because of that, she missed her flight as she couldn’t find another taxi in time and arrived at the airport late. I called Zed and they advised me to send an email for compensation, which I did and attached all the proof. However, they never replied, even after three reminders. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend using their services at all.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Zed for multiple-stop rides through RTA taxis. On more than one occasion, the ride was ended before completing all stops. Since it’s operated by RTA taxis, Zed mentioned they have limited control, which made resolution difficult. The fare is deducted in advance, and overall the experience was stressful due to coordination and communication issues.
