In the start this app was great to use , we would get faster rides but now the service quality has declined so much that I am deleting this from my phone. rides getting cancelled after waiting a long time and customer service don't do anything except sharing some scripted words. I am really disappointed with ZED and it's service, unfortunately I cannot give lower then 1 Star.

Your app doesn't even let me create an account. When I enter my name, email, and PIN code, I keep getting an error message saying, "Use Resend Code to get a new one." I can't even complete the account registration process.

My yesterday's ride was easy and comfortable. I got a 15percent refund in my wallet and the driver assisted me though his GPS was failing in the location. Thank you Zed.
