It was working great for the first two months, I even used the premium subscription, but then out of nowhere they decided to close my account and the only way I could get my money is through a swift transfer. They did not reimburse the transfer fee. They did not refund my subscription which I didn't get to use. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE!!!

I installed app thinking this was some kind of cashback card for shopping. But from what I've learned, I will need to top up money to this card in order to use It. Seems complicated & found the app very AI driven with no straight forward instructions on how to use. For verification I had to upload Driving Licence & proof of address? for a cashback card? confusing, closing account & uninstalling. I have Zilch and it serves my purpose of shopping discounts, I assumed this was similar. It isn't

Great Banking Application.. Payments are fast and secure.. I need to update my passport as mine is about to expire.. I currently don't have a replacement passport and im not sure when I'll get one.. So I wont be able to use some of the features since they don't accept driver licenses as forms of Identification. I will see your app again in the future once my hair from my recent hair transplant fully grows back and I end up getting a new passport photo. I want to look super handsome in it 😍 🥰
