it's okay for the most part but there's a couple features that are missing such as changing a customer's email address like a requester if it's not already in the system it won't take it. also, it doesn't allow for talk to text when sending a reply.

Terrible app experience, more or less unusable. Nearly impossible to navigate to the lost of tickets due to a bug that has been present for about 3 years. the back button doesn't take you to the list of tickets. have to kill the app and restart. Also awkward for general ticket submission. UPDATE: to confirm this has been shared with zendesk support twice and they said that they have no plans to fix. they clearly don't use their own app.

recently the keyboard typing has gone crazy, random capitalisation, moving the cursor, almost like it's resetting the keyboard. I end up not typing in the app 9/10 times now because it annoys me too much. needs fixing if possible
