Missing items in my recent order (1 carrot and 1 beetroot), yet I was billed for them. What’s worse is the complete lack of live customer support — no chat option, only email. For a brand that promotes speed and convenience, the support system is slow and frustrating. Service quality is clearly declining. Very disappointing experience.

This service is extremely frustrating. Delivery slots are shown as available, yet when placing an order for immediate delivery, we are forced to wait until the next day or for another slot. This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot provide urgent delivery, do not advertise available slots. Stop wasting customers’ time. Because of this poor system, it is better to order from other platforms that actually deliver on time. Very disappointing experience.

I had discount cash available of Rs. 75 and when the order was placed they showed the net amount (with discount) Rs. 361 but on delivery they charged me full amount Rs. 436. They didn't give me any discount. Additionally when I checked my orders on app there was no discount on the bill as well. Its a total scam. Please take Screenshot when the order is confirmed to make sure this doesn't happen with you as well.
