Awesome app!! The team has continually worked hard to keep the interface clean and neat. Kudos for keeping pace with the changing regulations albeit few downtimes which is tolerable as long as the system becomes more robust and usable. Secondary bank account enablement is one feature which I miss and hope the team will enable it sooner than latter.

This used to be the best MF app, but ever since the Jul 1 SEBI regulatory update, it has turned into a headless chicken. Every order has to be placed twice (due to unknown error), each payment has to be done separately, redemption time has increased, unwanted/error orders can't be deleted, secondary bank accounts are no longer usable. Maybe it'll take some time to optimize everything for the new regulations, but until then, my rating will be 2*. Hoping these issues are noticed by the app team.

Hey Jaydeep, we're working on having all these issues resolved at the earliest. Given that this is the first month of the new system, all these issues should be sorted out by the next month. We'll keep you posted.

Asking password and 2fa for every order 28/07/2022 - Not asking for password or 2FA anymore (increased to 3star) but the UI is still browser based. Coin > chrome> upi app. It doesn't automatically come back to Coin. And the browser just stays like that after transaction. Overall difficult for elderly persons to navigate. Pieces are poorly put together.
