Ratings and reviews

There should be an option to change the bank account or multiple accounts in the NACH mandate in coin. If the bank account is not active or dormant then there are a lot of problems because I cannot change my bank account, despite being such a big app, it does not have a basic option

Horrible experience. The payments go through, but the transactions are not processed. Refunds are not credited for more than a year and no information shared on the same; tickets closed without any conversation.

Edited. - As a suggestion, I understand Coin being a Zerodha product is not big on nudging people to buy anything but providing some level of analytics or insights on an already invested sum can be thought of. Some level of graphs or anything which shows the trajectory of the portfolio, how is it doing against its Benchmark, primitive stuff basically.
