There is no customer support it's A scam , I received my payments before but for the last 14 days, I have been trying to get my payment's but i is still shown under process , I am trying to get in touch with my some one but no one give proper reply very bad it's scam

I request for 2000 withdrawal 7 days before but still didn't received my money its showing under process whenever i try to contact with customer service they didn't reply on whatsapp and on email they reply after 1 day we are working on it blaa blaa but no progress i request to everyone who have problem with this scam application just report them in central bank they didn't have any office or any phone number to contact them they are operating virtually we don't know from where.
