About this app

ZiiROBOT is the official service and support app for ZiiROBOT mobility devices, including our electric wheelchairs and scooters. It is the fastest way to reach our technical service team and get help with your device.

The app is an optional companion to your ZiiROBOT device. Your device works on its own — the app makes it easy to get support, find answers, and manage your device in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Reach technical support — Contact our service team directly for setup help, troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty questions.
• Product manuals & answers — Open user manuals for your model and get quick answers from the built-in AI assistant.
• Device management — View and update device settings, check warranty information, and keep your device current with over-the-air updates.
• Advanced control (optional) — When paired with the ZiiROBOT accessory module over Wi-Fi, control your device using an on-screen joystick or hands-free voice commands. Your device stops automatically when a command ends or the connection is lost, and only one app can control a device at a time.
• Your account, your control — Sign in securely, and delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

WHAT YOU NEED

Support features and the AI assistant are available to any signed-in user. The optional control features require a compatible ZiiROBOT device and the ZiiROBOT accessory module; voice control uses your phone's microphone.
