Worse... App... Ever! I don't use this app but I had people ask if I can help. Nope! I almost threw the phone in frustration. Main issue is getting the verification code that never arrives! If I can't get pass that, how am I supposed to register for an account. And recovering password. Mind as well just give up and use another app that is user friendly.

This app has so many problems. Notification issues are a constant annoyance. Voice call quality is so poor it is honestly unusable. Regardless of whether you're connected to WiFi or cellular data, the call quality is shockingly bad. Calls drop suddenly, and one person nearly always has a "poor connection quality" warning during the call. Using a different device doesn't solve anything either. Unfortunately,Zalo has a monopoly in the Vietnamese market, so they can get away with terrible products.

The app sends notifications about new features and classifies them as messages, so I can only block ALL message notifications or none. It also doesn't have an option in the app to turn such spam notifications off. Please properly implement notification channels.
