Worse... App... Ever! I don't use this app but I had people ask if I can help. Nope! I almost threw the phone in frustration. Main issue is getting the verification code that never arrives! If I can't get pass that, how am I supposed to register for an account. And recovering password. Mind as well just give up and use another app that is user friendly.

This app is very restricted and doesn't have necessary functionality of a messaging app, the messages will be disappeared randomly when I travel and photo quality is very low (not even a megapixel). In-app purchases and subscription is needed for your data retention. They also disabled your account randomly without consent. Some international credit cards are not accepted for payment. New Terms of Service stated that they have all rights to sell your data to third-party, please be careful.

It’s not as smooth to use as other apps I’ve used. The data management is really bad: every few months, my photos almost disappear. Recently, it even started forcing me to accept some data-sharing policy, which honestly makes me feel unsafe. I only use it because of work. The chat bubbles are far worse than Messenger, and some other features are quite inconvenient, probably because the code hasn’t been well optimized. Need a lot of improvement!!!
