I had booked a ticket through other app but due to an unforeseen emergency, I requested a reschedule. Unfortunately, the request could not be processed. I then reached out to ZingBus via their WhatsApp support, and I was impressed by their prompt and helpful response. They assisted me efficiently, and my ticket was successfully rescheduled.
