Full of bugs so can't be reliably used. This morning I rescheduled an appointment that the client missed last week, I received a confirmation email about rescheduling, but instead the app marked the old appointment as completed and didn't book a new one. There is no way to refresh the calendar when events are scheduled on the desktop other than log out. Notifications don't show so the app shows the error instead. Cancelled events can't be deleted, another error. This app is a work of amateur

Terrible app. Wouldn't let me add anything until i made a "sample appointment" but couldn't make the sample appointment because it had blocked out 2 spots that were "required information" to book it! So frustrating. So i checked the website version and discovered there's a trial version, so that usually means you have to pay to use it after the trial. Deleted the app. Won't use the app nor the website version. Not free after all.

In some ways the mobile app is better than the website and vice versa. So far, everything seems to work perfectly. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit the customer's booking page. I'd like to change the welcome message, maybe the colors or add a few images, and I'd really like to add descriptions to my services/classes. If descriptions can be added, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I can live without the rest.
