Update: Now it can be used for some tasks if you're not close to the computer. Still left to do which I am told will be the next release is cancelling the appointments with an option whether to send email notification to customers or not, just like the web version. To get 5 stars this needs to be fixed and also to get a menu option to view customer detail. At present you can select customers for the appointments but can't see the custom fields that are managed on the organisational level.

It doesnot allow.to edit time slot. I am unable to book appointments for two people at a time. and also for alternate days up to 10 settings. also it doesn't allow to edit the program name. like I am not able to add free Acupuncture service. also weekly,monthly calendar view not available.

Terrible app. Wouldn't let me add anything until i made a "sample appointment" but couldn't make the sample appointment because it had blocked out 2 spots that were "required information" to book it! So frustrating. So i checked the website version and discovered there's a trial version, so that usually means you have to pay to use it after the trial. Deleted the app. Won't use the app nor the website version. Not free after all.
