In some ways the mobile app is better than the website and vice versa. So far, everything seems to work perfectly. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit the customer's booking page. I'd like to change the welcome message, maybe the colors or add a few images, and I'd really like to add descriptions to my services/classes. If descriptions can be added, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I can live without the rest.

Terrible app. Wouldn't let me add anything until i made a "sample appointment" but couldn't make the sample appointment because it had blocked out 2 spots that were "required information" to book it! So frustrating. So i checked the website version and discovered there's a trial version, so that usually means you have to pay to use it after the trial. Deleted the app. Won't use the app nor the website version. Not free after all.

Very slow, even with full Wi-Fi. Appointments often don’t load, existing bookings don’t show when scheduling, and calendar dots are unreliable unless refreshing multiple times. On the plus side, it’s great for blocking holidays, rescheduling, and tracking bookings. If this major glitch were fixed, it would be the best tool available.
