I wish it had a few tweeks though.... I notice that you can't search the whole database like you can in desktop mode. Could use a better way to take down customers calls but all in all a good application. Update: the statement provided below 👇 is a waste of time. Obviously no one still cares. Dozen skipped scheduled appointments, long holds times of hours even days to talk to someone and when you get someone they are usually the wrong person and need to transfer you to another long que.

Calendar Integration is horrible! I use Zoho Calendar and add my events in there however they do not show up in Zoho CRM. I linked all of my Zoho products. However it's a one way link. Events created in CRM show on the calendar but events made in calendar don't show in CRM. As a business man I need to see what my schedule is when I schedule new meetings. Jumping back and forth between 2 apps that are supposed to work together is not very productive! Please fix this issue in the CRM software.

It is not very useful. You can't filter products, you can't find products to insert in the quotes. You can't search for partial name, you need to type the exact name to search for it. If you have a large portfolio it will be useless
