⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing app. It keeps logging me out again and again, and every small task needs OTP verification which wastes a lot of time. The app is slow, buggy, and often fails to show full transaction history. Old records disappear, and sometimes the data isn’t updated properly. Needs serious improvement — not user-friendly at all

The Zong app needs a lot of improvement, firstly, its login time should be at least 6 hours, secondly, OTP should not come on every transaction like in Telenor Apollo app, log in once and then complete the entire transaction. Load in the day and sell the bundle, log in again in the evening. Similar changes are needed in the Zong app. Pay attention to it so that the business is easy.

Zong dost is not useful app like Telenor apollo app,there is no option eload option recharge option from easypaisa etc.and there is no more package option available only some selected package. one main weakness every after 5 mints its logout automatically.and every time it sends otp to retailers sim,which causes head ache. please improve your app like Telenor apollo app otherwise remove it from play store/app store
