its a terrible app. id rather go through the hustle of leaving my house and doing it myself instead of ordering from this app. 3 times I ordered and items are always unavailable. IT should link the items to the system of the branch. I go to tamimi for special items and they're not in stock. or I receive damaged items. and they're late. the delivery man also asked to send someone to help him because he doesn't have a trolley. no thank you. never again. and im deleting the app.

Good quality and wide varaity, however, no delivery in my city. Delivery is important for us. Also, the app is not user friendly. It can be improved. This review was on Apri 10, 2022. I still maintain the same score and today is Jan 23, 2026!

bad first delivery experience. I ordered and paid for a full papaya and not half one. the lemon are horrible hard tough skin meanin no juice inside. this is always my concern that I might not get what I ordered. I rather go to the store myself to pick my own veggies and fruits, fish and seafood plus my chicken and meats. am glad they didn't mess up on caned items. I only trust certain brands and I will never accept substitute either.
