instock items online- you make an order 2x on the app for collection and they cancel the order without explaining why It's happened a few times now. I ordered on there and not another app and now I can't get the delivery till the next day from the other app because I waited for Tamimi order to pick it up today.

its a terrible app. id rather go through the hustle of leaving my house and doing it myself instead of ordering from this app. 3 times I ordered and items are always unavailable. IT should link the items to the system of the branch. I go to tamimi for special items and they're not in stock. or I receive damaged items. and they're late. the delivery man also asked to send someone to help him because he doesn't have a trolley. no thank you. never again. and im deleting the app.
