This needs a lot of work! After scrolling through mostly unavailable soups, you select a size, bread & hit add. But that doesn't add it to your cart. Next, you get all the way to payment method when you get an error something isn't available. Getting to payment method took multiple attempts, and overall took nearly 15 mins. to order lunch. Devs try using it to make one order each and you'll see!

Realized they were charging a service charge for every order placed online. I asked about it the first time I noticed it and their staff insisted there wasn't a fee. The second time, the same person acknowledged that there is a fee for app orders even if you pick up in restaurant yourself. They immediately followed up with 'we have nothing to do with that'. I'm deleting the app

Yesterday was the first time we had eaten at Zoup!, it was very good. The young lady working was helpful in guiding us on how to order...many options! Ordering at the kiosk was not as easy as we thought...ordering at the counter next time! The food was made to order and brought to us at our table. Everything we had was very good...we will be back!
