This needs a lot of work! After scrolling through mostly unavailable soups, you select a size, bread & hit add. But that doesn't add it to your cart. Next, you get all the way to payment method when you get an error something isn't available. Getting to payment method took multiple attempts, and overall took nearly 15 mins. to order lunch. Devs try using it to make one order each and you'll see!

Realized they were charging a service charge for every order placed online. I asked about it the first time I noticed it and their staff insisted there wasn't a fee. The second time, the same person acknowledged that there is a fee for app orders even if you pick up in restaurant yourself. They immediately followed up with 'we have nothing to do with that'. I'm deleting the app

They charge a fee to use their app EVERY TIME (about $1 each time). The food is really good and employees are wonderful but that's absolutely disgraceful. I'm trying to figure out where that goes because it makes no sense.
