Useless app, unless I'm missing something really obvious. App asks for a password but won't accept the admin password printed on the router, although it works in Web UI. The only aspect of this app that I can even use is to follow the link to Web UI and log in there - but I can go there just as easily without the app. I'm seeing lots of similar reviews, going back at least a couple of years, and no response from the developer to any of them, so I don't hold out much hope of a fix.

21 Aug 2026: I can download this app but cannot connect to device to have an account to manage. I have already connected (outside of this app). ZTE U30 AIR works fine without the App. But need App to control it. But cannot get this App to work. Would the support Team at ZTE Coporation review. There is so many 1* genuine reviews but never a reply. The ZTE router is working fine BUT cannot get App to work. Its a really shame that the support Team is not responding for such a great device.

The app doesn't even connect to the mifi device I have. The wifi works perfectly fine but if you want to link the router and app, it doesn't work. Scanned the QR code and currently connected to the device via wifi, but doesn't work. Pointless app.
