Just don't use ztrip. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Ordered a cab hours in advance for a specific time only to have it not show up. I call. They tell me that NOW they will send out for the cab to pick me up and the wait time would be 60 to 90 minutes. So much for my new job. Gone. Fml. Thanks Ztrip. Also the app is clunky and glitchy and slow and froze a few times and things didn't load and I hated using it too. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

The app (Android) is super bad. Ultimately, I request a ride but it just loads / spins saying that it's looking for a driver. I never get confirmation that a driver is on the way. Sometimes the driver shows up sometimes the ride is canceled. It's pretty frustrat
