ZConnect - Enterprise Edition Zucchetti is the app for smartphone and tablet that enables the communication between the company and its staff, therefore improving the corporate communication and collaboration.

New: the new Health Check function, essential to manage the entry of staff into the company!

Before entering the company, workers fill in the self-assessment questionnaire on their status of suitability for the service, through a simple questionnaire of few questions. On the basis of the answers provided, the contact persons in charge of the company receive a notice and can assess the employee's suitability for service.

The new function supports companies in compliance with government regulations on workplace safety, while promoting communication and empowerment of staff
Communications, news about the company, personal documents such as payslips, attendance sheets or holiday plans: all resources useful for employees can be accessed 24/7, from anywhere and for people such as shift workers, on site or commercial staff who do not have a desktop computer or are working remotely.

With the ZConnect App you can:
- Consult and save your personal documents from mobile: payslip, attendance sheet, tax return

Operational Notes
In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZConnect - Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store.
It is necessary to install the HR Portal’s 08.00.00version (or higher)

Ratings and reviews

It does its job, but is far from being pleasant to use. When timestamping without Gps, it is not really clear the operation was not successfull. Make it red or bigger. Moreover, timestamps done with the app are not visible in the web interface and vice versa. It would be great to see them both. The UI is quite messy! Keep communications and other stuff separated and make a single view display a single function/operation. Thanks for your attention

It is impossibile to use: after login I am blocked on a white screen, no icons or button: nothing!

Sorry for my strong language earlier; but it's the frustration of being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Vatican's pensione fund directed me to install Zconnect but it does not ask for my credentials and go no further.
