I don't know what they did, but ever since the most recent update (March 6, 2024) I cannot receive calls through the mobile app. I can through the desktop application just fine. The app just refuses to acknowledge I'm still in my designated queue when I close the app without logging out. I'll check it and my queue will be grayed out like I logged out of it and can't get my calls, even though I can hear the call coming in from my desktop application.

App updated as of Thursday - March 07, 2024 - Still can not make inbound or outbound calls on our paid service. Notifications arrive of voicemail and inbound calls, but can not be accepted. Connectivity during recent update has broken all functionality. We pay for this service, and the mobile application was a huge benefit when offsite. Now it doesn't work.

I really like the app (compared to the desktop version/wearing a headset). I use speakerphone usually & have had no issue with background noise, echoing or garbled speech (or complaints from my clients). My biggest issues are - 1) I have to keep the app open on my desktop... if my cell screen times out, calls do not come through. I've checked every setting & looked up online - no luck. I have to rely on the popup on computer screen & unlock my phone quick! & 2) faxes do not show in the app!
