Ratings and reviews

This app is straight trash! Search filters either don't work or are ignored, the app randomly crashes, scrolling through any section just repeats the same dozen or so people over and over and over again. I login every few years and think, BlackPlanet is still alive & kicking but it's a zombie overrun with bots, scammers, and bad UI.

This new app is NOT user friendly with Samsung app. At top of my profile it asks me to verify my email address and send code but I tap it and it won't allow me to. I can't read messages can't post anything and no where is there any place to ask for help. I log on through internet and still can't do anything. HELP!!!!!!! I reached out and they assured me they reset the app for android but still can't do anything but log on.

See it's still trash and won't let you do anything, we'll it won't let ME do anything. I can't post anything because there's no button for it for some reason. I can just go to my page and maybe others and that's about it. All it has is the home button, chat button, browse button, and message button. Was wondering how everybody's posting but I can't. It'll be months again before I'm back on this app, probably should just delete it anyway!
