I can appreciate how easy it is to open and account and the prompts within the app. however it will be wonderful if more self help options becomes available to the client. The navigation in app is fairly good. As always app very good but also room for improvement is needed too. for example , in app chat, move savings plans that similar to the main account. again looking forward to the updates and your customer service levels are very good. I had one bad interaction but the rest was good.

It has been 2 weeks now, and the app is still not working it is giving me an E0001 error. Edit: I called and emailed Tymebank and the lady who assisted me insisted that there was something wrong with my phone, but it has been a month now I don't think this has anything to do with my network anymore. The app just doesn't work anymore, I tried deleting it and installing it again, I tried clearing cache but still after putting in the pin it gives me an E0001 error.

I'm happy with the the App. I just wish they had an option to log queries on the app other than have to call which takes forever and requires airtime. Besides that I'm happy with the overall app. But also my son could not use the app on his iPhone 6 which has been a bit of a problem 👎🏼 otherwise I am happy.
