the app works really good but they really do need to make the charts and graphs better not to mention it would be helpful to actually have the meter reading since they obviously have access to it for the charts.

It's easier just to call the number to check the bill or make a payment. Very slow, confusing app. After I got a new phone,it locked me out.

It won't let me report an outage, or load much of anything in the app, which is extremely unhelpful.
