Stocktake app description:
The stocktake app by COSYS shows you how our software solution for stock taking works. We have activated the modules and functions that COSYS customers frequently use for their stocktake processes. The full version of the COSYS solution has additional modules, functions and services that you can select according to your needs. Unlocked modules of this demo are: Stocktake, article information, data transfer and the option to add the COSYS demo WebDesk to the mobile application free of charge.

Stocktake cloud application:
Once you have downloaded and installed the app, open it and enter the main menu. You can access various “settings” via the three dots in the top right-hand corner. If you have downloaded the app to a smartphone, you can check the “scan button (volume down button)” box under “scanner” in the settings to scan specific barcodes with the volume down button; alternatively, you can also capture barcodes using the camera's auto-recognition function.

As soon as you enter a module and there is an internet connection, the software updates the master data. Once the device has been updated, the software can be used completely offline until the data is sent back.

• Extend module demo free of charge: We recommend requesting access data for the WebDesk before capturing stock. Adding the WebDesk to the stocktake app is completely free of charge for you. You can use the WebDesk to create your own master data and test mobile stock taking with your items. Note: The data in the COSYS backend, where the WebDesk is located, is always reset at the end of the day. This means that all mobile stocktakes and master data you have created are deleted.

• Article information module: In the article information module, you can scan a test barcode and the device will display the article information stored in the master data.

• Stocktake module: Here you enter the location, person who entered the data and the count place and then scan the barcodes or enter the EAN/article numbers manually. Then enter the captured quantity and confirm by clicking “ok”. Proceed in the same way for all articles.

• Data transfer module: In this module, you can import data from the backend or send or delete captured data. To avoid complications with outdated data records, you should delete the data on the device for new test runs. This will only delete recorded data, not our test data.

Functions and services of the full stocktake version:
Do you need a stocktake software that is adapted to your company's processes? If you opt for the COSYS solution, we will add additional functions as required, such as:
- Transfer of your master data to our system
- Work with pre-counted count places and determine deviations during the stocktake
- Record serial and batch numbers
- Login data for the mobile part
