With the warehouse management App by COSYS, all key warehouse processes such as goods receipt and order picking are digitally recorded and precisely documented for you. Thanks to intelligent data capture using the smartphone camera, scanning barcodes or Data Matrix codes is no problem. This saves you valuable time in handling warehouse processes and ensures an error-free workflow. A user-friendly and intuitive interface helps even beginners get started quickly with warehouse management, allowing productive work in no time. Input errors and user mistakes are prevented through intelligent software logic.

Warehouse management modules:

Stock info:
Targeted search for articles with information on serial numbers, batch numbers, and storage locations.

Storage and removal:
Articles are stored or removed by scanning the article number via barcode or entering it manually. Quantities can either be entered directly or totaled by scanning repeatedly. When storing items, the destination location is also recorded, while for removal, the withdrawal location is documented. Once all relevant data is captured, the process is completed, and the transaction is saved in the system.

Stock transfer:
In the stock transfer module, items are moved from storage location A to B or from site A to B. This is done by scanning location A and the item. To complete the relocation, location B and the same item are scanned again and confirmed. For large transfers, there's an option to "store all", allowing all articles removed during the process to be directly stored at location B.

Goods receipt:
Goods receipt orders are predefined and can be opened with a double-click. You process the order by scanning the relevant items. A traffic light logic is used: red indicates unprocessed orders, orange means they are in progress, and green indicates completion.

Order picking:
Picking orders are predefined and can be opened with a double-click. You process the order by scanning the relevant items. Again, traffic light logic is used: red = not started, orange = in progress, green = completed.
