With the COSYS inventory management app, important warehouse processes such as goods receipt and picking are electronically recorded and precisely documented for you. Thanks to intelligent image recognition, the capture of barcodes, QR codes and data matrix codes is not a problem, since item and storage location numbers can be captured via the smartphone camera and barcode scanner plug-in. This saves you valuable time when handling warehouse processes and you benefit from an error-free process. A user-friendly and intuitive user interface of the app helps even beginners to get started quickly and easily with inventory management, so that they can start working productively within a very short time. Incorrect entries and user errors are prevented by intelligent software logic.

Inventory management modules:

When storing items in a storage compartment, the item number is recorded using the barcode scanner plug-in. The quantity to be stored can either be entered manually using the keyboard or added up by scanning the article number. To complete, only the destination bin number needs to be scanned and the captured data sent.

Retrieval takes place in the same way as storage. The item number of removed items is recorded by a barcode scan. The removal quantity can also be specified here by adding up the scan or by entering it manually. Finally, the storage location number is recorded and the order can be completed.
