About this app

With the COSYS loading equipment management app, all movements of your loading equipment and containers, such as pallets, EPAL, lattice boxes and containers, can be recorded and documented digitally with your smartphone.
From the ramp to balancing the loading equipment accounts, you benefit from seamless tracking (track and trace) of your transport containers and always have an overview.

Our software solution reduces the wastage of loading equipment and containers to a minimum.

Thanks to the unique COSYS Performance Scan plug-in, loading equipment or container barcodes can be easily captured with the smartphone camera of your device. A user-friendly and intuitive user interface of the app also helps beginners to experience a quick and easy entry into the recording of incoming and outgoing loading equipment, so that work can be carried out efficiently within a very short time. Incorrect entries and user errors are prevented by intelligent software logic.

Because the app is a free demo, some features are limited.

You can choose between two variants for recording the loading equipment in the app:
If the loading equipment or the container is marked with a serial number, a simple barcode scan is sufficient, e.g. B. to document the crate or the container (variant 1). If there is no container barcode, the container type can be selected from a predefined drop-down list and the quantity of the loading equipment or container to be recorded can be entered manually (variant 2). In both variants, the debited or credited customer is selected at the beginning for reliable tracing.
A loading equipment overview shows all recorded loading equipment and containers including the associated data in a list. At the end of the recording, the entries are confirmed and the data is automatically transmitted to the COSYS cloud backend via your internet connection.
