With the COSYS mail distribution app, all internal mail and parcel distribution processes are digitized and automated.

From the receipt of the parcel at the company’s central acceptance point/goods-in area, through allocation to delivery to the recipient or parcel collection, you benefit from seamless tracing (in-house tracking) of your parcels and shipments and always have a digital overview of your postal distribution.

Thanks to the unique COSYS Performance Scan plug-in, package and shipment barcodes can be easily captured with the smartphone camera of your device. Further processing of the incoming/outgoing mail is easy thanks to the user-friendly and intuitive user interface of the COSYS postal administration software. It also helps newcomers to experience a quick and easy start into capturing incoming/deliverable packages so that they can be productive in no time. Incorrect entries and user errors are prevented by intelligent software logic.

The COSYS mail distribution app ensures fast and transparent package distribution and shipment tracking (in-house logistics) for your internal internal mail.
