About this app

With the COSYS POS Food Retail App you can digitally record and document all processes of branch management in the warehouse and the sales area with smartphones. From the ordering of goods and the receipt of goods to inventory and inventory changes to POS surveys and returns, all POS processes are supported by this food retail app. COSYS POS Food is perfect for chain stores in the food and fresh food sector, such as supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores and many more.

Thanks to the unique COSYS Performance Scan plug-in, article and storage location numbers can be easily recorded with the smartphone camera of your device. A user-friendly and intuitive user interface of the app also helps beginners to experience a quick and easy entry into the entry of articles and quantities, so that they can work productively within a very short time. Incorrect entries and user errors are prevented by intelligent software logic.

Because the app is a free demo, some features are limited.


POS App Module
? Item information: Look up item properties such as price or size via barcode scan, directly on your smartphone.
? Stock inquiry: Search for the current stock of an article via the barcode scan, both across branches and across locations.
? Order: If some items are out of stock, you can reorder new goods directly on the shelf and transmit this to the ERP system in real time. Alternatively, you can check orders already stored in the ERP system on site.
? BBD: Record and control BBDs of scanned items.
? Stock transfer: If you see via the inventory request that e.g. For example, if location A has excess stock of an item, you can move that inventory to store B, intelligently swapping inventory instead of ordering right away.
? Returns: Scan the return and enter a predefined reason for the return via a drop-down such as "packaging damaged" or "goods damaged".
? Change in inventory: If a product breaks in the store or you find an item you thought you had lost, you can send this change in inventory to the ERP system simply by scanning, entering the number and giving a reason.
? Inventory: scan items, enter quantity and transfer data to the ERP system. Other functions such as first counter and second counter or counting station termination are possible.
? Price change: To change the price - up or down - scan the item number or EAN, enter the new retail price and the number of items affected. In the full version you can send the data directly to a printer.
? Price tagging: Use this module to print new price tags without changing the price.
? Goods receipt: Record your goods receipt digitally, check the delivery and, if necessary, store photos and signatures that are transmitted to the ERP system.

All COSYS mobile are basically online/offline hybrids. In this way, you record goods even if there is no connection and you can send them to the ERP system automatically or manually when you connect later.
