App is constantly hanging. Food ordering on train is not possible, after payment is completed on the secure payment portal and confirmed with the bank, the app just crashes and logs me out. After logging in, the order is thete, but further payment attempts end with mysterious blue error screen. Never again relying on getting any food on this rail service. Why can't one order and pay to the stewards? How can you put this clearly unfinished and untested app as the only way to book services?

keeps logging out, has weird payment methods but apparently no other way of ordering the 'free' on train coffee is possible, even after asking the staff directly they offered no other solution other than to "just try again." Multiple hours into our train ride we were still not able to get any type of refreshments or snacks due to this app not working and apparently being the only possible option for that.

Not good enough. You cannot pay for your refreshments order via GooglePay (there's always some error on the platform),so I topped up the balance to realize you cannot pay with it either. Last trips by bus were also disasters. No coffee onboard, the drivers drive you like a potato, not a human being. This company used to be my favourite, but now, I'm more inclined to FlixBus...
