About this app

BeatView is your training log for the Polar Verity Sense. The app was built specifically for this sensor: it downloads the workouts stored on your Verity Sense to your phone, keeps them in a clear archive and analyses them for you – no account, no cloud.

DOWNLOAD AND ARCHIVE WORKOUTS
• Transfer recordings from your Verity Sense to your phone via Bluetooth
• Optional automatic import of new workouts
• All workouts neatly organised in one archive
• Add your own title, sport and perceived exertion (RPE)

ANALYSE WORKOUTS
• Heart rate curve, minimum, average and maximum
• Time in your personal heart rate zones
• Depending on the recording, further values such as duration, calories, distance and load

LIVE HEART RATE
• Large, easy-to-read display of your current heart rate
• Set your own target range and keep it in view

RECOVERY (HRV)
• Daily HRV reading (RMSSD) with resting heart rate from the optical readings of the Verity Sense
• Track your values against your personal baseline

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
• No account, no ads, no analytics
• All data is stored only on your device
• Export a backup file and import it again later
• Withdraw your consent at any time – all app data is then deleted

REQUIREMENTS
• Polar Verity Sense
• Android 13 or later with Bluetooth
BeatView is tailored to the Polar Verity Sense. Other heart rate sensors – including other Polar models – are not supported and may not work.
