Ratings and reviews

Uesd to ne good, but now every few months the C24 is nagging for personal data confirmation. Just for them I had to get a newer Anmeldung Bestätigung even though I did not change address. That worked for a few months. Now I'm asked to go through another check and send money from another account, which I did but their app is unable to detect it. That's too much, I am changing to another bank.

Verification is a mess. If a contact with an employee is selected, you get connected to a poorly english-speaking person in some noisy call center and can here many people talking at the same time. Wonder how confidentiality and Data Schutz are managed in this case. Lastly, a verification with an employee is much more complicated compared to two other options so definitely not recommended.
