Save each measurement with an optional context (resting, after activity, morning, evening) and how you feel. Follow your trends by day, week, or month.
BREATHE
Relax with guided breathing at about six breaths per minute. Choose 1, 3, or 5 minutes.

Heartthrum collects no data at all. There are no trackers, no analytics, and the app does not even have internet permission. Everything stays on your phone.
