Moon & Life is a sidereal lunar calendar that helps you align garden, health and household with the natural rhythm of the moon. For each day, the app calculates the dominant constellation, its element (root, leaf, flower, fruit), the moon phase and the ascending/descending moon — and derives practical, everyday recommendations.
