Terrible app. It's difficult to find the needed options. And Ayyildiz takes advantage of your state. I had Smart S option, but needed to book an İnternet option for my 3 days travel. When I go back to app to to turn back to my option, it was unavailable anymore. Why I was able to use 2 days before and where is it gone now? I don't need volumes of M, L,... I need S and don't want to pay more for something that I won't use !!! Shame on you. Was a loyal customer, but will change my operator.

The shittiest experience I have with any of the network providers. Other than Turkish and German there is no other language available. Almost whole day I am trying to contact the provider to get some help. But all lines are busy. There's only limited options available on website. Why they sell the service when they cannot provide it? I am regretting to switch to this provider, please don't buy it.

If it was possible to comment without a star, they deserve nothing. After cancelling the contract before the end of the two years, they blocked my SIM card and still removed money from my account,no internet access, no calls, nothing. Even when I called the customer service nothing changed. It's a smart way of money heist
