Terrible app. It's difficult to find the needed options. And Ayyildiz takes advantage of your state. I had Smart S option, but needed to book an İnternet option for my 3 days travel. When I go back to app to to turn back to my option, it was unavailable anymore. Why I was able to use 2 days before and where is it gone now? I don't need volumes of M, L,... I need S and don't want to pay more for something that I won't use !!! Shame on you. Was a loyal customer, but will change my operator.

Stilling money in legal way. Top 20 euro and show in account 0. Call useless customer service and say I have used all for internet. How can used 20 euro with in second for internet. Customer are turkey and are sooo rude and unprofessional and arrogant. Definitely not recommend that turk company and just still money from you as usel how there are do. Watch youtube video for life conversation with the customer service.

Always saying an email with activation link sent to you but I don't receive any link no matter how many times I change the email or ask for a new activation link and if your email is not verified you can't simply recharge your credit. The worst experience ever
