Ratings and reviews

Hangs when connected to a weak network, although a ticket has already been downloaded. That prevents from showing the ticket to an inspector and thus may lead to getting a fine. All because of the low-effort design of the app.

Was forced to download for uni ticket. Might well be a neat app (first impression: it loads slower than the alternatives), but I don't think there's any reason for this to even exist, let alone for people to be forced to use it...

I am using this app sice 2015 (or when ever it was released. Because for work I had to travel always to Berlin with S-Bahn and as far I remember was this app the most reliable source of information. It was showing changes when it wasn't even shown on the station displays. I was using it in German version but this year I changed my phone setting to English and now this app is in English too. Maybe that wasn't the case 2 years ago but now this app provides English language too.
