Criminals are currently trying to obtain sensitive data using fraudulent websites. Among other things, the scammers are offering supposedly discounted Deutschlandtickets. Purchasing these "cheap" Deutschlandtickets can lead to identity theft and unauthorized debits from your account.
The Deutschlandticket costs €58. Exceptions are available only for certain groups of people, such as students, senior citizens, or those entitled to a social ticket. Never purchase the Deutschlandticket from third-party websites or eBay; only purchase it through the official sales outlets, such as this app or your local public transport company.

Ratings and reviews

The app blocked my subscription because a payment failed. There was no push/sms notification, only email. I didn't notice that my subscription was cancelled until i was on a train. I have now added a new card, but the subscription has not renewed (as their email said it would). I've responded to their email to let them know. Will update this review if they resolve it.

I only needed the ticket for 27th until end of month, and sudently I was charged for two months ticket for 49+49 euro without any notification showing the amount to be paid before paying and no indication about the minimum number of months to be paid during the process, this is actually a scam, only after you are charged you'll know that, or you should go read the website before to discover it, the lack of clarity is perfectly designed to legally scam you as a client! Last time buying it!

When I open the app, I am prompted to the main page where I can't see my card. There is no log-in window, and I don't know that I'm logged out. I just know that I can't see my card... When choosing the Pay Pall option to pay, the app will load to infinity. The user has to leave the app and then reopen so that the payment option will be chosen. There is no support and option for the English language.
