The app blocked my subscription because a payment failed. There was no push/sms notification, only email. I didn't notice that my subscription was cancelled until i was on a train. I have now added a new card, but the subscription has not renewed (as their email said it would). I've responded to their email to let them know. Will update this review if they resolve it.

I only needed the ticket for 27th until end of month, and sudently I was charged for two months ticket for 49+49 euro without any notification showing the amount to be paid before paying and no indication about the minimum number of months to be paid during the process, this is actually a scam, only after you are charged you'll know that, or you should go read the website before to discover it, the lack of clarity is perfectly designed to legally scam you as a client! Last time buying it!

Hallo Mohammad, das Deutschlandticket ist im Abo erhältlich und verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils einen Monat, wenn du nicht bis zum 10. Kalendertag des letzten gewßnschten Monats kßndigst. Darauf wirst du bei der Bestellung hingewiesen. Die Tarifbestimmungen gelten deutschlandweit fßr alle Verkaufsplattformen und sind auch fßr uns bindend.
