The Germany ticket costs €63. Exceptions are only made for certain groups of people, such as students, senior citizens, or those eligible for social tickets. Never buy the Germany ticket on third-party websites or eBay, but only through official sales outlets, such as this app or your local public transport authority.

Ratings and reviews

It used to be easy to order a Deutschlandticket for someone else, without changing my account or payment. I can install the app on my friend's phone, log myself in, my friend could go on trip without knowing anything about the purchase procedure. Everything goes through my account and my email. Now the option is not there anymore. I have so many tech-ignorant friends who can't deal with this on their own. Edit: I use credit card only. No SEPA.

Ok if it works, bad if you depend on it for work. After a phone update i got locked out for 24h so never update during the week. I dont see a reason why its not valid to have a paper ticket + ID as a backup since things tend to break.

I have subscribed for the ticket on this app but now I can't login the app to see my ticket. I tried several times but error can't access the ticket. I have email which indicated I have paid till January ending. I don't know what to do now please do something about it.
