An app for your mobility
The new moBiel YOU app for Bielefeld and the region makes it easier to buy tickets for bus and train and will in future offer you a comprehensive range of all our sharing products such as meinSiggi, meineAlma, meinAnton, CITYca, TIER.
The moBiel YOU app is your new mobility app with which you can reach your destinations in Bielefeld and the region quickly and cheaply. With just one registration, you have access to optimized timetable information, a smart route search and a larger range of tickets.
Our goal is to network local public transport with our sharing products and on-demand offers in one app. Equipped with new innovative functions, individual service and a chic design, we would like to give you easy access to our mobility offers and make booking and support in everyday life easier - so that you remain flexible and mobile at all times!
In addition to bus and train tickets, you can now also book our meinSiggi bicycles via moBiel YOU. You can use the app to find and book up to four bicycles at the same time around the clock. Best of all: as a customer with a benefit (e.g. with a subscription) you can use the first 60 minutes of every booking free of charge!
We also show you the live locations including battery levels of our meineAlma e-scooter fleet. To book, you then have to jump to the meineAlma app.
Our new app combines all important functions and services in just one application.
Here is an overview of the functions:
Customizable area: Favorite your destinations and routes, edit your personal data, store your preferred payment methods and always have an overview of your last journeys.
Timetable information: Find the current departures and your connection by bus, train or regional train at any time. Save your favorite destinations and get connection information with just a few clicks. To use all functions, please activate the location function.
Notifications: Subscribe to push notifications for your preferred bus, light rail or night bus routes in the notifications area of the app. In this way, you will receive up-to-date disruption information for your trip at all times. To use this function, please activate "Send notifications" in your smartphone's settings.
Ticket offer: In the ticket overview you can quickly find your ideal ticket. Our range is not just limited to the city of Bielefeld, you can also buy tickets for the whole of Westphalia and North Rhine-Westphalia. Of course, you can also pre-order the popular Deutschlandticket in moBiel YOU.
ClipTicket: Watch the video clip, buy a ticket and off you go. Of course, the discounted ClipTicket should not be missing from the new moBiel YOU app!
Map: The map shows you the nearest stop, surrounding facilities and the current locations of our sharing products at a glance.
Help & Contact: Do you have any questions about the app, the ticket offer or do you have a problem with a ticket or your account? You can reach our customer service via the help area - we are always at your side with advice and action.
Downloading the app is free. You only pay for the tickets you buy and for the sharing offers you use.
You can choose from various payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple or Google Pay. Other payment methods are already being planned.

With the new release, you have the option of filtering by bike type in the meinSiggi map.
