Move everything under control - the new free LIDL Connect App makes all life easier for customers. The LIDL Connect App you keep the absolute cost control - you will find all the information about your tariff, on request you can book options to or accessed directly from within the app our Customer Service.

LIDL Connect customers can always retrieve your credit and charge when necessary. Using the comfort charging the credit will even automatically charged at the request - which saves time for the finer things in life. If you say, "My fare and I, we do not fit together", you can adjust your plan directly from within the app or switch.

Of course, the data usage is free of charge through the use of the app!

Here the most important thing in a nutshell:

- View consumed minutes, SMS or data volume
Get Details about your plan, and the related options -
- Manage rates and options quickly and easily
Always and everywhere add credit via One-Touch -
- To reserve volume of data quickly
- Direct help with questions

Of course you can change at any time with the new App your payment or customer data.

This app is only suitable for use in combination with a new "LIDL Connect tariff". Use in combination with the predecessor product "LIDL mobile" is unfortunately ruled out for technical reasons. WORST provider! horrible customer service and each month even when I paid on time I was billed extra ammounts, The data you pay for runs out if you use it or not on the last day of the month and it consistently took 7-8 days into the new month before my new data would be loaded, leaving me with no connection for a week each month! 3 weeks ago they sent me a message that they are canceling my account and gave me no reason, sent me a large bill to go with it. when I ask what it was, I was ghosted.

Horrendous! Worst app I've ever been FORCED to use. 35 minutes to top up. Every option but PayPal fails, so I had to make a pp account to exit the death loop. AND it's no longer possible to top up via the web. Who thought that was a good idea? Also, when you ask the customer to agree to regularly top up of say 10e, why don't you warn them that the 75e they need to authorize is not the amount they will be charged.

You cannot pay by card, because it always gives you an error when you try to do so. The developers seem not to be able to fix the "problem", so you're left with using your Iban. Plus, the app works half the time at best.
