Move everything under control - the new free LIDL Connect App makes all life easier for customers. The LIDL Connect App you keep the absolute cost control - you will find all the information about your tariff, on request you can book options to or accessed directly from within the app our Customer Service.

LIDL Connect customers can always retrieve your credit and charge when necessary. Using the comfort charging the credit will even automatically charged at the request - which saves time for the finer things in life. If you say, "My fare and I, we do not fit together", you can adjust your plan directly from within the app or switch.

Of course, the data usage is free of charge through the use of the app!

Here the most important thing in a nutshell:

- View consumed minutes, SMS or data volume
Get Details about your plan, and the related options -
- Manage rates and options quickly and easily
Always and everywhere add credit via One-Touch -
- To reserve volume of data quickly
- Direct help with questions

Of course you can change at any time with the new App your payment or customer data.

1. Download the app.
2. Easy to use with your "LIDL Connect" password login.
3. The service is available immediately.

This app is only suitable for use in combination with a new "LIDL Connect tariff". Use in combination with the predecessor product "LIDL mobile" is unfortunately ruled out for technical reasons. Should the system in exceptional cases not available at short notice due to technical faults available, we can not take any responsibility.

Identification process is long and slow... Bought a sim from them did everything and they still telling there is failure I should start the process again.. that was after a week of buying the sim

Hallo Monz K Dibba, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. über die LIDL Connect App kannst du nur eine bereits bestehende und aktive Karte verwalten. .Bitte wende dich in deinem Fall an unserer Kolleg:innen vom Kundenservice, hier haben wir keinen Zugriff auf deine Kundendaten. Top ups no longer work in the app. Previously they were slow to display and some data doesn't refresh unless app force-closed and reopened. Currently I can't add any funds, they've changed the way top ups work and they simply don't work! Not useful!

Worst than any other similar app even Aldi has a better app! The login is broken, always have to try multiple times. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. you get a message saying "technical problem" or "oops that shouldn't have happened" If it works everything is super slow. want to charge your account? It takes for ever! Want to change your plan? takes forever. Every other app allows users to use the app even if you don't have data, so you can buy a data packet but your crappy app does not. Awful!
