very annoying to use. I need to install an app, create a profile and enter my drivers ID just to learn that no vehicle is available. This information could also be provided by a website. forcing all that on users is very hostile to your potential customers.
Hello Dennis Weber, you're right. There are some steps to be done in order to book a vehicle. If that fails it is annoying. Of course several informations could be more accessable in earlier stages. I forwarded this to the developers team. Thank you for your input. Best, Stefan

In the personal information BIRTHDAY request form I accidentally tabbed firstly my birth number date instead of just entering my date number and in blocked me from entering any number in that zone. Even after deleting the entire app, It resumes its prohibitive workings. This app is a caveman tool with no recovery mode. How cheap and irresponsible to offer a non-correctible software program. Hello Bill Crew, thank you for your bug report. As you see this is an edge case that does not happen a lot. I forwarded it for an internal check. extremely poor service. tried renting a bike in Kleve. could not unlock. after a call to the helpdesk, I tried another bike. also did not unlock. called again to cancel and try a third bike, one that was rented out succesfully a week ago. but again I could not unlock, and helpdesk now even did not pickup the phone anymore. spend 1.5h and got nothing. ruined my day as I really counting on a bike for reaching some places that are too difficult to get to by foot ot public transport.
