To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. It's all well and good but I don't understand why the station search option is missing. If I want to know the number of open racks and bikes, I have to pinpoint the station across the whole city map and that per se isn't that big of a problem but there are a lot of stations concentrated in a relatively small area in Vienna and it gets really annoying to pinpoint the exact station esp in a congested area. Please add a search option for stations

The bike service in Vienna is very good, but the app is really suboptimal. Pausing the rental (Park function) does not work at all. The bike always gets returned and you might get fined for it as the bike was not returned at one of their station. The support in the app itself is basically useless: It happened to me more than once that the bike that I rent is completely stuck in the station. Even if you immediately return it and report the issue you don't get any refunds. Very frustrating.

It's a great service but the app is pathetic. 1. The QR code doesn't work for last 2-3 months 2. While rental is active, there is no notification where you can see if you have an active rental. Sometimes one forgets to open and return, only to discover aftef a day that you forgot to return. I mean why can't you be fair to users to alert them if a rental has been very long. The sms for rental after 21 hours does not come either.
