I really love this app. It's exactly what I need to listen to my podfics. I would, however, love to somehow be able to sort my audio books since once you have a lot it gets a little confusing. And the other thing is this weird bug that I have where some files will just stop playing exactly one second before the end. It's nothing major but it means that they don't get put into the completed category and it's just kind of annoying. Other than this I'd give five stars.

The app was very good. It was my main audiobook app for years. Now that it is updated, I am facing an issue with the last 2 updates. This issue with the current version is that if I leave it paused and tried to continue playing. It will be stuck and not play. I have to close and reopen it I order for it to function. Another issue is that the voice app keeps crashing when I am using another app that uses audio even when it is closed. Please fix it.

The new version is terrible. The notification controls only work half the time and often hide the directional skip controls. I can no longer use WearOS audio controls. It used to only show the most recent audiobooks on the selection screen (unless you ask for more) but now I have to wade through everything I started to get to the list of new things, which are in alphabetical order without the option to put recent additions first. VBR mp3 is still broken.

What's new

In the language of updates, and code being refined,
Comes an update note, in verse to be signed.

First, for the chapter mark parsing so keen,
Fixed another edge case, now smoothly seen.

Added a feature, exciting and new,
Search for the covers, in color or hue.

Lastly, to Samsung users, a word of amend,
Fixed audiobooks not being read, we promise to mend.

So update your app, dear users, don't delay,
For the Voice Android Audiobook Player, gets better each day.
