Within your local Wi-Fi network, the connection remains directly within your network. For optional remote access, an encrypted connection is established via Prosperium relay servers to your own home server. Device data, camera images, and usage data are not permanently stored or analyzed on Prosperium servers.

With optional remote access, you can reach your home even when you're on the go. The connection is encrypted and established directly to your home server – without storing your smart home data centrally on third-party servers.

After professional installation by your certified Prosperium technician, simply scan the QR code to connect the app to your home server. The connection is saved and remains easily re-establishable even after app updates, restarts, or a new smartphone.
