No registration is required to use the ROSSMANN app. However, if you are already logged in to one of our various Rossmann services (e.g. Rossmann online shop, Rossmann FOTOWELT or Rossmann babywelt), you can log into the app with the same account.
Registered users can, however, receive more advantages and functions than anonymous users.

✔ Numerous digital coupons
The ROSSMANN app contains a large selection of attractive digital coupons. You are spoiled for choice - whether before you go shopping or in one of our branches.

Saving made easy - everything with the digital customer card:
1. Activate the coupons you want
2. Show your digital customer card at the checkout so that it can be scanned using the handheld scanner.
3. You will automatically receive your discount with all activated coupons that match your purchase.
4. Enjoy the savings!

So that you have all the coupons at hand in your digital customer card, you can also scan any paper coupon that is valid at Rossmann. The paper coupons are digitized and you can add and redeem them for your next purchase.

No active internet connection is required to redeem the coupon.

Find out about our current offers - whenever and wherever you want. Leaf through our brochure or add an offer to your shopping list so that you don't forget it.

✔ Your shopping list
Use the shopping list to prepare your shopping and to accompany you in the branch. By displaying the products and coupons in the shopping list, you can no longer forget anything.

✔ Your virtual customer card
You can view your activated coupons in your customer card at any time - everything is in one place and within easy reach. The QR code to be scanned, which is required to redeem the coupons at the checkout, can also be found here. All you have to do to redeem your activated coupons is show your digital customer card at the checkout. The cashier will scan the code from your smartphone and all added coupons will be redeemed and the discounts granted.

✔ For bargain hunters
Registered users can receive regional advantages and are taken into account for special coupon promotions, depending on their personal details. Simply enter your zip code and your preferred branch.
Would you like to know how many coupons you have already redeemed and what amount have you saved as a result? Registered users can find this information in the profile area.

Ratings and reviews

The app is responsive and looks okay. But I'd have made different choices with some UI elements, like the floating button for displaying the QR code that unfolds with text each time the user stops scrolling through their coupons or the hacky text wrapping when asked to rate this app. These are minor issues but I'd be happy if they were addressed in a future update

Last week I checked, whether I had any 10% discount coupons on my account, and there was one till 31.03! So I wanted to go shopping tomorrow and use it. Today I returned to the app with intentions to activate it, but it was gone! I didn't use it, but it was gone!!! Instead some new coupons for April were shown, which I can't use, but not the one left for March. It's not the first time it happened! Just two months ago another 10% coupon disappeared from my account the same way

App has problems loading up with low internet connection, which happens a lot at the store branches, making the process clumsy as you search for reception. Some coupons disappear with out being used, customer service are helpless.
