Ratings and reviews

So so - somewhat easy, just like for other software or apps, though the Lohnsteuer scan didn't work well. No real explanations so I had to Google to not guess. Overall, not very transparent and I had to search for the actual return. App made a mistake on the return (applied deductible for married couples instead of single, though I entered it correctly). If you speak German, there are better apps that are more clear and easier to use. The customer service is courteous and helpful though.

Really liked the App the first few years but in the last couple it's become glitchy and nothing has really been "updated". At the same time the price has now increased to €70 for a basic tax submission which is insane (the subscription plan isn't any better either if they also increase that by €10 each year ...) Will be using a different provider next year.

I've used this app for 2 years and I had no problem with it. Then, it suddenly imposed the subscription fee without warning, you only have to pay upon filing before and next thing I knew after the update was that they were going to take the fee from me after 1-2 days. Next it said that filing with help from an advisor was FOR FREE and when I was about to file, they wanted to charge me minimum 99.99 €!? The 39€ subscription PLUS the minimum 99€!?
