Vattenfall provides a good service for in my case electricity. I had no trouble with them. Their app is easy and convenient to use to put the metre readings into which I liked doing. I would only suggest they make their app also in english for people who don't quite know enough German. All in all, a very good service.

Latest update leads to force closure upon startup. And that mid December before sending meter readings... WTH?!? Pathetic with weird flag on top (it's not Finish, nor German...) Edit: fixed by uninstall and install again. Should not happen for such an important apps!! This isn't info/game/newspaper

There is no support to change IBAN in the app. The app is also in German very hard to use everytime to use translator. Your website is also broken entirely, I cannot check even the contract and no body cares to fix it for months it seems. I checked 6 months ago, same loading window in the website. Thinking to change the provider for this reason.
