The app seems to have improved over the years nicely, long ago my main complain was about getting bothered with marketing notifications but those seem to be gone and at least they added a channel in the notification permission to disable marketing. The store has always been great and the app makes it easy to order and follow orders without getting in the way.

Packed full of trackers, advertising and fingerprinting, which stops it working when blocked. Recently introduced a repeat purchase program which gets automatically selected after checkout - although there's a button to accept, which you shouldn't press, there's no way to cancel it, or any means to say don't assume that I want this kind of pushy sales technique! Bad practice so I'm not sure if I'll use it again... might just go to a shop :-)

The shop's app works fast, easy, and I left feeling like I made a good deal. The filtering system for the products works great. The shoppingcart is quick to correct each change you make to it. I appreciate the benefits like free delivery and the choice for which kind of discount you want to use. There is a 5% premium membership that is offered (the immediate benefit to the current order is shown, which is great) and is yearly. The Zooplus Company has a fantastic business sense.
