Great app for organizing and reaching all of my health goals. It seemlessly incorporates workouts, steps, nutrition, and group challenges to continue to push myself. I've never been a big workout fanatic, so the animations demonstrating different exercises to target specific muscle groups has been very helpful.

This app is awesome. I love that I can set up my workout before hand turn on my music and not touch my phone. The app tells me how many sets, how many reps, how long to rest, and what I have next. The challenges are also really motivating.
