About this app

In the Netto+ app you get, among other things, Personal +Prices, freshness guarantee, Scan&Go and many other benefits. We have made Netto+ for you, so that you can save both time and money when shopping in your Netto store.

1. Strong prices with Netto+ ("+Prices" and "Personal +Prices")
Netto+ is about you and what you like. We give you weekly strong +Prices and monthly Personal +Prices, which are selected based on your shopping pattern. The more you use the Netto+ app, the more relevant your personal +Prices become.

2. Scan and pay for your items while shopping ("Scan&Go")
Scan your items with your phone and pack them instantly into your shopping bag while you shop. You pay with a single swipe in the app and can leave the store without queuing at the checkout. It's easy and you save time.
NB. Only valid in selected Netto stores.

3. Freshness guarantee and receipt summary ("Receipts")
Have you come home with a food or drink that is not as expected? Within 5 days of your purchase, you can refund all food and drinks. Find the receipt in the app, send us a picture and get the money back on a credit card. Easy and fast – without driving back to the store.

4. Netto-avis of the week ("Netto-avis")
Read this week's Netto newspaper and see all the current prices. You can easily add items to your shopping list by clicking on the products in the Netto newspaper.

5. A shopping list you always have with you ("Shopping list")
Create a digital shopping list in your Netto+ app. Add items to the shopping list quickly and easily. You can share the shopping list with family and friends, so you are sure to always come home with everything.

6. Check the price ("Check the price")
It is easy to check the price of goods in the Netto store. Use the scanner in the Netto+ app to scan the item's barcode and get the price of the item.

The app works perfectly, except for the simple part that invoices for in-app purchases are not available under invoices. Looking at FAQ, there was an issue in November 2020 "Vi arbejder på at få kvitteringerne ind i appen"! It is now more 4 years later, and it still does not work! It can't be that complicated! If I use the app, I will get an email with the invoice. If I use my visa card, the invoice is available in the app. Please merge it now😃

Unstable as all hell. Feels like a constant beta build, with frequent issues of freezing up, losing connection to servers, double or triple scanning products and more. I never know if I'll have to go through regular checkout anyway, since it seems to be a coin flip on whether the app is functional at any moment in time. And so the convenience of "skipping the queue" is lost, making the app nigh pointless.

Insane amounts of bugs. First time using scan and go I could not add a card unless i deleted my basket and hence I went to a cashier instead. That was actaully a good thing, as the app showed 100dkk to much. Second time using it, an item i previously deleted got automatically added back, makning me pay for it. Wanting to refund it, but I can't as the refund option does not allow me to use a camera. It is for the lack of a better word, criminal of Netto. The incompetence is staggering.
