Our children get so many impressions during a day, and they can be difficult for a young person to navigate. We cannot stop the constant flow of influences, but we can give our young people a break where they can find peace within themselves and notice what they are thinking and feeling. Here, children's meditation is a fantastic tool because it is easy to use and at the same time works so well.

Does your child have difficulty falling asleep at night? Are you running out of ideas - and energy after far too many cuddle sessions that have turned into hours?

There is a simple solution.

The bedtime meditations in the app help your child release the restlessness in the body and stop the flighty thoughts. Meditation gently and calmly helps your child to let go of the many impressions of the day, so that he can calm down and fall asleep.

The children's meditations can be used by children:

Over the years, several scientific and documented studies have been carried out which, among other things, confirm that mindfulness meditation is effective in relation to stress reduction, stress prevention, pain, anxiety and depression. There have not yet been so many major studies done in the area of ​​children and young people, but there are some and fortunately more and more are coming. Pilot projects have also been carried out which have shown that young people with ADHD have an effect from mindfulness.

The app contains guided children's meditations that support the child in restoring the inner calm and stability that may be necessary to deal with and prevent the sometimes stressful situations of everyday life. The meditations focus on contributing to greater calm, attention, self-awareness, a sense of cohesion and joy.

In addition, the app contains fun yoga and qi gong videos.

What's new

Kom med og lad mig hjælpe dig med at få mere ro og trivsel i familen, og derved glade og trygge børn.
I denne version er der nye programmer med yoga og sanselege. Og så har jeg jo fået endu mere fokus på at forebygge stress og angst. Ellers har jeg rettet lidt små fejl i appen og tilføjet nye meditationer, små mindfulnessøvelser og endnu flere godnat historier er på vej.
