Poor experience with the du app I faced significant issues with du's service through the app regarding my line. The full mobile amount was charged despite having an installment contract, and after a lengthy follow-up, the line was eventually canceled. The app was not helpful in resolving the issue quickly, and the response was slow and ineffective. I hope the service improves and the procedures become easier in the future.

Worst services and customer support. App always hanging out. Funniest thing you can't do cancelation of services online or their service centers, only by call center and only on same day of the contract ends . And worst is 30 min you have to connect on phone , and every time call agent says different things and ask to call again later. Terrible!!!

Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.
